Listen up, my friends. I’m here to tell you straight up: playing it safe is the worst way to live life. I don't want to sugarcoat the truth. So, lets break it down:
Why is playing it safe is a bad move? It's simple: you miss out on opportunities. The minute you start avoiding risks, you're missing out on experiences that could change your life. Look, this business wouldn't exist and the over 500 women we've worked with would have never had the experience they did if it wasn't for taking chances. You may not know this but this business wasn't created out of necessity, this was a way for us to have a creative outlet and to spend time together. We both had fruitful careers with retirements and many years in. Every person we talked to told us we needed to stay where we were and play it safe. Guess what, we didn't.
Now, I'm not saying you should jump into every opportunity without thinking it through. But when you're faced with a chance to step outside your comfort zone, you gotta go for it. The worst that could happen is you learn from it and grow. But the best that could happen... well that's where the real magic happens, its transcendent.
We hear this day in and out from out clients that follow through with their shoot, they overcome that initial urge to cancel and they break through that barrier of fear. It's only when you take risks that you truly see what you're capable of. Remember that nothing good ever happens inside your comfort zone.
The next time you're faced with an opportunity that makes you a little nervous, don't back down. Embrace it! You might not always succeed, but that's not the point. The point is to always be pushing yourself, taking chances, and living life to the fullest. That's how you truly win at life. No one gets out of this thing alive and the last thing you want is to be in your last days wishing you had lived. You're stronger than you realize and you can do this!
