Overcoming Self Doubt

Self-doubt and insecurities are feelings that we’ve all struggled with. In almost every situation they hold us back from reaching our full potential. However, I believe overcoming these negative thoughts is possible with the right tools and mindset. First recognize them for what they are – bullshit thoughts, not facts, and its important to separate them from your reality.


Next identify the source of your self-doubt and insecurities. This isn’t easy but searching your past and finding the root cause will arm you with the tools to overcome. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t know why it’s happening.


Enough with negative, it’s time to start focusing on the positive. This is where you build that confidence back, focus on your strengths and accomplishments. Start doing things that you love and that bring you happiness. Find small victories because its through a series of small victories that you will build back that confidence and become the you that you want to be. This is the time where we suggest booking a boudoir shoot. There’s no single thing that’s going to change your mindset like a real boudoir experience. It’s going to scare the hell out of you and that’s good because it means that it not only matters to you but you’re going to overcome fear and give yourself the ultimate victory.
