If CLIENT must reschedule, ELEVATION BOUDOIR must be notified 14 days prior to the session date to qualify for a reschedule date at ELEVATION BOUDOIR'S discretion. The reschedule date must be made within 36 hours and CLIENT must sign and agree to a prepayment plan agreement/schedule with a valid card on file to have the invoice fully paid by rescheduled session date. CLIENT will also be charged a Reschedule Retainer of $150. If CLIENT fails to notify ELEVATION BOUDOIR within 14 days and still needs to reschedule original session date, CLIENT will be required to pay a new session retainer ($400) and CLIENT must sign and agree to a prepayment plan agreement/schedule with a valid card on file to have the invoice paid in full by session date. Only one reschedule date will be allowed and all reschedule dates must be within 60 days of original session. If CLIENT fails to reschedule date within 36 hours, reschedule opportunity with be forfeited, CLIENT will be required to pay a new retainer fee ($400) to the book a new session date. The original session retainer (and Sale bonuses if applicable) will be forfeited, and any money received (including prepayments) are non-refundable. If CLIENT should need to reschedule again, session retainer will be forfeited, CLIENT must pay a new retainer ($400) to book the second rescheduled session date, and sign up to a prepayment plan agreement/schedule with a valid card on file. If CLIENT books under a SALE and needs to rescheduled, CLIENT forfeits any SALE BONUS ITEM.
In the event that the client breaches, repudiates or cancels the contract/session for any reason, Client will be charged a $400 Cancellation fee (no exceptions) and all monies paid (including any pre-payments towards products or collections) shall be retained by Elevation Boudoir, in order to offset its loss of business. In all circumstances, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Any no shows will result in termination of client and client will be ineligible to book ANY future session with Elevation Boudoir. Client's card on file will also be charged a $400 No-Show Fee
Cancellations under Sales:If client books under a sale (Black Friday, Mother's Day, Flash Sale, etc.) and cancels session, depending on the time frame below, to book a future session client must:
prior to 14 days from session date,
client will be required to pay the full retainer ($400) to book under a future sale to be eligible for sale bonuses. Client will also be required to prepay for a collection in full before session date.
within 14 days from session date,
client will be required to pay the difference of the past sale price and session retainer (I.e.: if sale retainer was $150, client must pay $250 plus the new session retainer ($400) for a total of $650) to be eligible for future sale bonuses. Client will also be required to prepay for a collection in full before session date.
Booking under Sales:
Client is required to set up a prepayment plan towards a Collection of their choice within 7 days of booking the sale. Collections can always be upgraded but not downgraded. Invoice must be 50% completed by session date. If Client wishes to receive any Sale bonus or PrePayment Bonus, Collection must be paid in its entirety 7 days prior to session date. Failure to have Collection paid in full or paid 50% 7 days prior to the session results in zero bonuses and possible cancellation of session. No refunds are given for partial payment in order to offset loss of business if session is cancelled or client no-shows.
Orders - Changes, Cancelled Orders & Payment:
ELEVATION BOUDOIR happily accepts cash, credit cards, PayPal Pay in 4 or PayPal Credit. CLIENT agrees to abide by payment plans outlined at Reveal Session. If CLIENT chooses not to pay for products, no products will be delivered and ALL images deleted. If CLIENT purchases products but does not complete payment, then any payment made will be forfeited and lost. Session retainer does not apply to any products, it is non-refundable, and non-transferable. Any and all payments received (including prepayments) are non-refundable. Orders for Products, including but not limited to, Albums and Digital Images, are considered final when placed and cannot be downgraded or cancelled for any reason. If client cancels the order, all monies paid are non-refundable. Payment in full or first payment of a payment plan is due when order is placed.
Once the images are chosen/submitted the order is considered in production. Due to the custom nature of orders, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed. No refunds will be given on products or images after the order has been placed. Any remaining balance on orders must be paid in full before products will be delivered. CLIENT will be charged a $10 Late Fee for every scheduled payment that is more than 3 days late. If the Client fails to pay for their order, or payments become 120 days late, the order will be cancelled, images deleted and all monies paid are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If Client books under a sale (Black Friday, Mother's Day, Flash Sale, etc.) and chooses not to purchase a collection or a la carte item, Client will be required to prepay for a Collection for any future session (must be paid in full 60 days prior to session date).
If Client is currently under a Payment Plan and books a new session, Payment Plan must be paid in its entirety before next session takes place. Client can not have two post -session payment plans open at the same time.
Refunds - Sessions & Orders:
All sales are final. No refunds will be given including session retainers, payments towards products, or prepayments.
Elevation Boudoir will never share any personal information with a third party.
Elevation Boudoir's Model Release is a separate document that will be discussed and signed in person at the Reveal Session. Every client has the option to accept the Model Release releasing their images for public use (website, marketing, sample albums, marketing material) or decline it keeping their images completely private.
Orders for Products, are considered final when placed and cannot be cancelled for any reason. If Client orders Products in the form of Album, a Digital Album Proof depicting the layout of the Photographic Album will be provided to Client for review and approval. Failure to request changes to the Digital Album Proof during the Reveal Session will constitute Client’s approval of the Photographic Album to be produced as shown in the Digital Album Proof.
Full payment for the Photography Session is due upon the execution of this Agreement. Full payment for Photographic Prints is due when the order for Photographic Prints is placed. For the convenience of its clients, however, Elevation Boudoir may allow for partial deferment of the payment of fees for the Photography Session and Photographic Prints. Participation in a deferred payment or installment payment plan or failure to timely pay the full payment for the Photography Session or Photographic Prints does not absolve Client of any obligation under this Agreement, including the obligation to pay the full amount due for the Photography Session or Photographic Prints. Client’s failure to timely remit full payment, however, will result in termination of Elevation Boudoir obligations under this Agreement. In all circumstances, all sales are final and all payments including pre-payments are non-refundable.
Choose In-House or Financing
In-House Plans: Minimum downpayment of 25% of the order is required at the Reveal Session if payments have not already been made. Remaining balance can be broken up into a maximum of 6 monthly payments. All payment will be auto-drafted form a valid card left of file. For payments that become 10 days late, a $10 late fee is applied. After 120 days the order is cancelled and images deleted.
In all circumstances, monies paid are non-refundable.
Financing is available through PayPal Credit and Affirm. Apply before or at your Reveal Session. Approval is not guaranteed.
BEFORE OR AT THE TIME OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION, WE WILL IDENTIFY THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED.
